Our story

I started Baked by Beth in the Summer of 2011. I was taught by my mother at a very young age to bake. I’ve enjoyed baking for years . After having baked bread one particular day, my husband said that I should really think about selling my bread. We happened to go to the mall that weekend and saw the indoor farmers' market and inquired about selling my bread there. After filling out the application , I started my first season the summer of 2011. I started out simple at first with a few kinds of bread and some fudge. Then I moved on to do quick breads and scones. From there the business kept growing every year as more customers asked me to make more baked goods. So I added cinnamon rolls and pecans rolls, as well as our famous carrot cake and pies . I bake custom orders throughout the year as well.

Our practices and ingredients

I bake from my own kitchen. Most of my ingredients come from Sam's Club and Wal-Mart. I follow the cottage food laws.

All kinds of baked goods including pies, cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, and scones.
