Our produce includes asparagus, beans, beets, carrots, cucumbers, grapes, kohlrabi, onions, potatoes, radish, rhubarb, squash, tomatoes, zucchini & more!

For fruit we grow red and black raspberries, blackberries, tart cherries, peaches, strawberries, rhubarb, cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, and pears. Then for vegetables we grow sweet corn, peas, green beans, onions, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, peppers, kohlrabi, pac choi, spinach, lettuce, kale, swiss chard, lettuce, collards, arugula, garlic, garlic scapes, asparagus, winter squash, basil, green onions, mint, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, micro greens, sweet potatoes, and potatoes. We also have some freeze dried candy and fruits.

We offer premium dry-aged beef, including a full selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and convenient ready-to-cook options. Our products are carefully processed, dry-aged for 14 days, and vacuum sealed for quality and freshness. In addition to beef, we offer a variety of handcrafted items made from our cattle, including tallow products and beef snacks, along with a curated selection of Iowa-made goods in our farm store.
